Delete your account
You can delete your Duocosm account and personal data at any time. There is no charge, and you do not need to contact us first.
In the app
- Open Duocosm and go to the Account tab
- Scroll to Delete account
- Tap Delete my account and confirm
Deletion begins immediately and you are signed out on every device.
By email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@duocosm.app from the address on your account. We respond within one month, and usually much sooner.
What is deleted
Your email address, password, display name, birth details and notification token are erased straight away. We then delete:
- Your natal chart and all data derived from it
- Your contact-matching hashes
- Comparison data for your connections — inter-aspects, composite charts, relationship cards and history
- Your progression, unlocks and daily state
- Cached readings generated for you
Connections you were part of are marked as ended, so the other person keeps their own record without retaining your data.
What is kept, and why
Two things are retained in anonymised form, no longer linked to details that identify you:
- Token transaction records — kept to meet accounting and financial record-keeping obligations
- Administrative audit logs — kept for security and accountability
