Getting Started
Duocosm is an app for iOS and Android. Install it, and everything below happens on your phone.
Creating your account
Open Duocosm and tap New here? Begin your chart on the sign-in screen. The form is titled Cast your chart, and asks, in order:

| Birth time | Optional. An exact time gives precise house positions; leave it blank if you don't know it. |

Tip: Time of birth matters most for your Ascendant (Rising sign) and house placements. If you are uncertain, enter your best estimate — you can update it later from the You tab, and filling it in later earns Silver.
Logging in
Enter your email and password on the sign-in screen.
You will land on Today.
Your first chart
After registration, Duocosm immediately calculates your natal chart using the Swiss Ephemeris. Your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs are ready straight away, and the full wheel lives on the Chart tab.
Navigation
Duocosm has four tabs along the bottom:
- Today — your daily reading, what is coming up, and your connections' cards
- People — your connections: invite someone, and read your synastry
- Chart — your natal wheel, planetary positions, and house unlocks
- You — profile, birth details, notifications, plan, and privacy settings
A few screens sit one level deeper and are reached from Today: your full reading, the weekly recap, and what's coming — your calendar of upcoming transits and events.
The header carries:
- Streak ring — a circular progress arc tracking your consecutive daily streak; turns gold at 7 days
- Silver balance — your earned token balance
- Gold balance — shown when you hold Gold tokens
Verifying your email
After registering you get a confirmation email. Opening its link confirms your address in the browser — that page is one of the few things duocosm.app still serves, precisely because an emailed link has to open somewhere. Once it says your email is verified, close the tab and carry on in the app.
Password resets work the same way: tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen, and the emailed link opens a page where you choose a new one.
