Duocosm has two token currencies. They serve different purposes and cannot be exchanged for each other.
Silver ☽
Silver is the earned currency. You cannot buy it — you earn it by engaging with the app.
How to earn Silver

How to spend Silver
House unlock — 50–100 ☽
Unlock a natal house permanently. Cost scales with house depth:

Connection slot lease — 75–200 ☽ / 30 days
Temporarily expand your connection limit by one slot in a chosen category:

Leases are active for 30 days from purchase. After expiry, the extra slot closes — existing connections enter a dormant state until you renew the lease or upgrade your subscription.
Gold ☀
Gold is the purchased currency. It unlocks premium one-off catalogue items.

Token philosophy
Silver is about showing up — daily engagement, intention-setting, and reflection are rewarded. You cannot rush Silver; it requires consistent use.
Gold is about going deeper — it lets you unlock specific items on demand without requiring a higher subscription tier.
